The new finance minister along with the government presented the first union budget of 2019. There were more than 80+ comments and proposals. Out of these we chose 37 important proposals which you must definitely read about!

Here is the list of the comments and proposals made in the Union Budget 2019:

Indian economy reached 2.7 trillion $ in the last 5 years.

Hassle free loan of 1 crore for MSME’s to be given in 59 minutes.

SEBI has proposed a social stock exchange.

Priority focus on Gaon, Grameen and Kisaan.

95 crore houses to be provided under Awas Yojana – Grameen

125,000 kms to be constructed within the next 5 years.

Zero budget farming to return as plans made to double farmer’s income.

Clean drinking water for rural households under Har Ghar Jal scheme by 2024

Since Oct 2016 under Swach Bharat Scheme, 60 crore toilets have been constructed.

Over 5 lakh villages are now defecation free.

2 crore rural Indians are now digitally literate.

For youth, new national research foundation will be launched.
