Setting goals and achieving them always must be his/her high priority.
Region Head Requirements:
The individual;
1) Must have 5 -7 years of experience in loans and banking industry.
2)Is motivated to earn and grow simultaneously.
3)Aged 35 and below.
4)Must have knowledge of all loan products.
5)Should be well versed with the concept of credit, processing of files.
6)Should be able to plan and implement strategies to achieve targets.
7)Must know how to manage a team effectively.
8)Should train and motivate the team to bring in good results.
The locations which the Region Head will be responsible are Bhopal, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Dispur, Patna, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar and Thiruvananthapuram.
